    The ultimate one-bedroom Cube! The Kiwi offers an expansive master bedroom with ensuite and walk-in robe, plus kitchen, dining and living areas opening onto a large deck. 
    Included in the Design 

    Designed around one 12m container and one 6m container, Kiwi's L-shaped floor plan makes it suitable for first home buyers looking for spacious accommodation. 

    This design offers two bathrooms, both tiled to the ceiling. 

    In the bedroom, a large walk-in wardrobe provides ample space for couples. The bedroom is suitable for a queen bed. 

    The open plan design incorporates the kitchen, living and dining area. For greater living space, the second bathroom can be removed from the floor plan. 

    There are large windows with two sets of bi-fold doors, creating great indoor/outdoor flow.  

    Wired for electricity, Kakapo includes down lights, double power points and a switchboard. This Cube is also fully plumbed and ready to be connected once on-site. 

    The deck is an optional extra. 

    For peace of mind, all our Cubes come with a 10-year structural warranty.
