    This 2-bedroom plan is one of our most popular designs with a very attractive sawtooth roof style, and its large storage area with outside access via a ramp. 

    Both bedrooms offer large wardrobes with double sliding doors and melamine organisers. Both bedrooms are suitable for queen beds. 

    There is a separate laundry leading into the bathroom via a cavity slider door, and the shower is a spacious 1200 x 900mm cubicle. The bathroom is tiled to the ceiling. 
     
    The kitchen and living areas are open plan for a spacious feel, with the kitchen featuring laminate bench-tops and a full height pantry. 

    Wired for electricity, Kakapo includes down lights, double power points and a switchboard. This Cube is also fully plumbed and ready to be connected once on-site. 

    The deck is an optional extra. 

    For peace of mind, all our Cubes come with a 10-year structural warranty.
    Design

    Views from your property can be enjoyed from the kitchen and living areas as well as the master bedroom, all of which look out to the front. 

    To the rear of the cube, a second bedroom, laundry and bathroom, all with access to the rear of the property via the back door. 

    Also opening at the back is your safe and secure lockup, behind its industrial strength container doors. This make for a striking exterior feature as well as high security, and with convenient ramp access this space is ideal for the ride on mower and gardening equipment. 

    It also serves as excellent secure storage for personal belongings and valuable items if the cube is being used as a bach which can be rented out or left unattended for long periods.
